How long does it take to register a company?
Usually 3–5 business days from filing the complete dossier with ONRC. Preparing the documents takes 1–2 days if your ID documents and office address are ready.
Can I open a company if I am not a Romanian citizen?
Yes. Both EU and non-EU citizens can be shareholders and directors. For non-EU citizens we align the company formation with the visa and residence-permit files so they support each other.
